Deadgood

February 20, 2015

Sometimes you find a company that is perfectly named for the products they sell – Deadgood is a prime example, all their products are indeed dead good! Having admired their lighting and furniture ranges its great news that they are about to launch their first full range of interiors accessories. Deadgood are building on their success and launching new products which are fun and often eccentric – as their website says ‘in simple terms we like to think of it as developing ‘Products with Personality’.

The new products certainly have personality and I love the Bollard. Manufactured from cast iron the set of two pieces makes a smart bookend, or could also be used as doorstops. The simple styling would add a historic touch to a contemporary interior, a remind of the past times. Bollard costs £67 and is available from next month.

Other products launching next month include the Wire Bowl shown below, which is an addition to the Wire collection. The Harvey cushion is another new product and combines British tweed and herringbone in 3 different colourways. With geometric styling and the softness of the tweed the cushion is perfect for bringing warmth into your interior.

Another new product that has caught my eye is the simple Hockney Hooks. Based on the simple picture hook we all use in our homes this product is named after David Hockney. Available in a white or black finish it’s the perfect stylish hook for the home or office.

The new Deadgood products will be available from next month and can be seen on their website. I’ve got my eye on some of the Hockney Hooks for the office and definitely want a Bollard set for my own home!
